Where is GRITBAR made?

GRITBAR is made in Georgia, where each batch is carefully prepared and packaged with attention to quality and consistency.
Is GRITBAR a small or local business?

Yes. GRITBAR is produced by a Georgia-registered Cottage Food business, allowing us to stay hands-on, intentional, and quality-driven.

Ordering & Payments

How do I place an order?

Orders can be placed directly through the GRITBAR website. Simply choose your product, complete checkout, and we’ll take care of the rest.
What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major payment methods available through our secure online checkout.
Can I change or cancel my order?

Orders may be changed or canceled before the weekly order cut-off on Friday.
Once orders move into packaging on Monday, changes may no longer be possible.

Shipping & Delivery
Where do you ship?

At this time, we only ship within the state of Georgia.As a registered Georgia Cottage Food business, we’re currently limited to in-state shipping.
Do you offer free shipping?

Yes — we offer free shipping on all Georgia orders over $50.
When are orders processed and shipped?

We operate on a weekly production schedule:

  • Orders placed by end of day Friday are included in the upcoming production cycle
  • Orders are packaged on Monday
  • Orders ship on Tuesday

Orders placed after Friday will be included in the following week’s cycle.
What if an item is out of stock?

If we sell out for the week and your order is placed during that time, your order will be:

  • Processed the following Friday
  • Packaged the following Monday
  • Shipped the following Tuesday

We’ll always do our best to keep you informed if there are any delays.
How long does shipping take?

Once shipped, orders typically arrive within 3–5 business days, depending on your location and carrier conditions.
Will I receive tracking information?

Yes. You’ll receive tracking information by email once your order ships.

Product Handling & Quality
How should I store GRITBAR?

For best quality, store in a cool, dry place. Refrigeration after opening is recommended.
Are your products made fresh?

Yes. GRITBAR is made in small batches to ensure freshness, quality, and consistency.
