This Return & Refund Policy applies to all purchases made through GRITBAR, operated by GRIT49.


Overview

Due to the nature of our products and food safety regulations, we do not accept returns on food items. However, your satisfaction matters to us, and we’re committed to making things right if there’s an issue with your order.


Eligible Refunds or Replacements

We will gladly review and resolve issues in the following situations:

  • Your order arrives damaged

  • You receive an incorrect item

  • Your order is missing items

If any of the above occur, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can assist you promptly.


How to Request a Refund or Replacement

To request help, please email us at:

  • Your order number

  • A brief description of the issue

  • Photos of the product and packaging (if applicable)

Once reviewed, we may issue a replacement, store credit, or refund, depending on the situation.


Non-Refundable Situations

We are unable to offer refunds or returns in the following cases:

  • Change of mind or preference

  • Orders placed incorrectly by the customer

  • Delays caused by the shipping carrier

  • Failure to follow storage recommendations


Cancellations

Orders may be canceled before the Friday cut-off of the week they are placed.

Once orders enter production on Monday, cancellations or refunds are no longer possible.


Shipping Issues

If your order is delayed or damaged during transit, please contact us and we will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue.


Food Safety Notice

Because our products are food items made in small batches, all sales are final once an order has shipped, except in cases of damage or error as outlined above.
