GRIT49 is a Georgia-based brand focused on creating simple, intentional nutrition products. GRITBAR is one of our product lines and is produced under Georgia Cottage Food regulations.
All products are made and shipped from Georgia.
By placing an order with GRITBAR, you confirm that:
You are at least 18 years old or have permission from a legal guardian.
You are legally able to enter into a binding agreement.
You are purchasing products for personal use only, not for resale.
All orders are placed through our website. Prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice.
We reserve the right to:
Refuse or cancel orders at our discretion
Limit or cancel quantities purchased per order
Correct pricing or product errors
Payment is required at the time of checkout.
We currently ship within the state of Georgia only, in accordance with Georgia Cottage Food regulations.
Orders follow a weekly production schedule:
Orders placed by the end of day Friday are included in the next production cycle
Orders are packaged on Monday
Orders ship on Tuesday
Orders placed after Friday will be processed the following week.
Once shipped, orders typically arrive within 3–5 business days, depending on location and carrier performance.
Shipping timelines are estimates and not guaranteed.
If we sell out for the week, your order will automatically be scheduled for the next production cycle:
Processed the following Friday
Packaged the following Monday
Shipped the following Tuesday
We offer free shipping on all Georgia orders over $50.
Shipping costs for orders under $50 are calculated at checkout.
Orders may be changed or canceled before the Friday cut-off.
Once orders enter packaging on Monday, changes or cancellations may no longer be possible.

Due to the nature of food products, we do not accept returns.
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or incomplete, please contact orders@grit49.com with your order number and details. We’ll work with you to resolve the issue.
We make every effort to provide accurate product descriptions and ingredient information. However, slight variations may occur.
Products are made in a facility that may process other ingredients. Customers with food allergies should review product information carefully before purchasing.
